Description: This patient complains of a dorsal hump. The tip is also pointing downward and is not aesthetically pleasing. After hump reduction and tip elevation with a septal cartilage graft. Note the tip appears more refined due to graft support. Also note the freshly healing transcolumellar incision is barely visible at 8 weeks.
