Description: This patient complains of a dorsal hump. The tip is generally fine. Although it points down the tip will rotate up slightly with the large amount of hump reduction that will be necessary in this case. The early result at 3 weeks is already quite satisfactory. (note the patient still has a small acne pustule on her columella)
