Description: This 34 year old patient was scheduled for elective abdominoplasty and liposuction. A significant increase in breast size was not her primary concern, so she elected to have fat grafting to her breasts for enlargement. She had 350 cc of her own natural fat, suctioned from her flanks, injected into each breast. At 8 months on front view there is still a natural increase in breast volume. Note the increased areolar diameter due to the increased volume, the natural look of the breasts and absence of incisions.
