Description: This patient had imlants placed that were too small for her chest, and has a wide cleavage gap. The breasts are also drooping off the implant mounds. After revision, with implants 100 ccs larger, there is improved contour and cleavage. A "doughut" mastopexy was also performed to tighten the loose skin.
