Description: This 59 year old woman had ruptured silicone gel breast implants that had been placed over 25 years ago. Note the visible lumps in the breasts pre-operatively suggesting rupture of free silicone. She had replacement with 350 cc saline implants placed under te muscle and had a lift on the right. Her breasts are softer rounder, and the silicone was removed.
